While our services are designed to improve your professional prospects and financial knowledge, we want you to know that we do not promise specific employment outcomes or financial results due to the many variables involved in these processes.

Payment and Refund Policy

• To ensure commitment and scheduling certainty, all services must be paid in full before commencement or before attending any workshop.
• Once registration is confirmed, payments for Financial Literacy Workshops are non-refundable due to pre-arranged resource allocation and planning.
• Refunds for resume and LinkedIn services are permitted only if the service has not commenced. Should The Bridge Career Consulting cancel a workshop or session, attendees will be given the option of a full refund or a chance to reschedule. Payments are handled through a secure third-party provider (Stripe), ensuring your payment details are not retained by us, thereby safeguarding your financial information.

Workshop Guidelines

• Our Financial Literacy Workshops are designed to be flexible and may be conducted either online or in person, contingent upon demand. Participants opting for virtual attendance must ensure they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment to fully engage in the sessions.
• Workshops are scheduled to start promptly, and we encourage participants to join on time to benefit fully from the session; refunds or discounts are not available for latecomers or missed sessions.
• The materials provided during these workshops, including presentations and handouts, are intended for personal educational use. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these materials is prohibited to protect the integrity of our intellectual property.

Revision Policy

• Our resume and LinkedIn profile optimization services include up to two rounds of revisions, which must be requested within four days of receiving the initial draft. This ensures timely and relevant updates that align with current industry standards.
• Should additional revisions or post-workshop consultations be necessary, these may incur additional fees based on the complexity and scope of the request, and clients will be informed of any charges beforehand.

Confidentiality

• We uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, ensuring that all client information, including any financial data shared during coaching or workshops, is kept strictly confidential.

Client Obligations

Termination of Services

Once the documents have been added or the necessary corrections made, you have 7 days for the review. If this period passes without any action, the system will automatically approve the service and your order will be considered complete.

The Bridge Career Consulting reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in inappropriate behavior or violates these terms and conditions. In such cases, a prorated refund might be considered, depending on the circumstances of the termination.

Service Availability

Our services are offered based on availability, and appointment slots may fill up rapidly. To ensure access, we recommend booking early as workshop spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Intellectual Property
